正中神经前臂段肌支的解剖学研究

目的:为前臂部创伤修复及神经移位提供解剖学依据。方法:解剖测量50例成人上肢前臂部标本的正中神经肌支的分布区段和类型。结果:正中神经发出的各肌支无典型的分布规律,大部分肌支集中在Ⅴ段、Ⅵ段。旋前圆肌(PT)肌支入肌点与指浅屈肌(FDS)肌支第1支、2支入肌点位置相近,肌支可分离长度、横径接近。结论:正中神经发出的肌支大部分集中在Ⅴ段、Ⅵ段,肌支共干的形式各异。旋前功能丧失,可转位指浅屈肌支1支~2支与PT肌支在入肌点处吻接,重建旋前功能。

Anatomic Study of the Muscular Branches of Medial Nerve in the Forearm

Objactive In order to provide anatomic basis for the treatment ofthe forearm trauma and nerve transfer, Methotis Type and segment study of the muscular branches of median nerve was studied in 50 adults by dissection. Results There great variability in the distribution of the median nerve, The muscular branches of median nerve mainly located in the fifth and sixth segments. The enter point of the pronator teres muscle was close to the enter point of the first and the second branch of the flexor digitorum superticialis muscle, The length of attraumatic detachment and transverse diameter between the branches of the flexor digitorum superticialis muscle and the pronator teres muscle were similliar. Conclusion It was suggested to the types and the dangerous segments of the muscular branches of median nerve. The nerves to the flexor digitorum superticialis muscle can be transferred to the pronator teres muscle.
