无创呼吸机家庭使用情况调查

目的：调查无创呼吸机家庭使用情况，指导患者正确维护、使用无创呼吸机，提高疗效和顺应性。方法：由专人负责，采用以现场调查为主、电话调查为辅的方法，对44例使用无创呼吸机的患者及家属进行使用情况的调查。结果：多数患者和家属对呼吸机的正确使用重视程度较高，但对于呼吸机的参数设置、维护保养及消毒缺乏足够的认识。结论：无创呼吸机家庭使用方便、安全性较高。医护人员及销售商应对家用呼吸机使用者定期进行随访和指导。

Investigation into Household Usage of Noninvasive Ventilator

Objective To investigate household usage of noninvasive ventilator and instruct the patients to correctly use and maintain it in order to improve the curative effect and treatment compliance. Methods Interview and telephone survey were performed, with 44 patients utilizing noninvasive ventilator and their relatives as the interviewee. Results Most of the patients and their relatives gave high priority on properly using their ventilators, but lacked enough knowledge of parameter setting, maintenance and disinfection. Conclusion The household noninvasive ventilator is convenient and safe to use. Hospital staff and dealers should follow up the cases and give instructions by regular visits to or correspondence with the users of household noninvasive ventilator.Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010,31 （4） ： 84-85]
