摘    要:医务工作者人文精神的缺失是造成医患关系紧张的重要原因之一.重视医学生的人文素质培养,提高医学生医患沟通能力已经成为临床医学教育阶段的重要任务.本文介绍了在外科学见习教学阶段,将以问题为基础学习引入医患沟通能力培训之中,并结合平时讨论课的随堂评价、出科面试和病例分析考核对学生进行综合性评价.实践证明,这种教学方式提高了医学生的医患沟通能力,增强了医学生参与临床工作的兴趣和信心,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:The predominant cause of tension in the physician-patient relationship is the lack of medical humanity. It is of great importance and urgency to emphasize on the humanity in medical education so as to improve the communication skills for the medical students to deal with matters in the physician-patient relationship. We try to add the training lessons focus on the communication skills to the problem-based learning (PBL) discussion courses for the students during their probation in the surgery, then revise our assess system to give a comprehensive evaluation of each student according to their performance in the discussion lessons as well as the interview and case analysis in the end of practice time. This kind of revolution in medical education is able to improve the communication skills of the medical students, enhance their interest and confidence in the clinical work and get better results.
