| 摘 要： | Objective To explore the effect of music intervention on patients' anxiety relief in outpatient infusion room during infusion. Methods 420 patients receiving outpatient infusion were randomly equally divided into experimental group and control groups. The control group received regular nursing of outpatient infusion, while the experimental group received both regular nursing and music intervention. The State Anxiety Scale (S-AI) was adopted to assess the emotional state of two groups before and after nursing intervention implemented. Results The S-AI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after music intervention (34. 10 ± 6. 48 vs 43. 71 ± 7. 83;t = 4. 337, P ＜ 0. 01 ).Conclusions Music intervention can relieve patients' anxiety in outpatient infusion room during infusion.
