| 摘 要： | 目的研究化疗药物顺铂、卡铂和紫杉醇对血糖代谢的影响。方法采用实验动物方法检测不同化疗药物使用前后Wistar大鼠空腹、糖负荷后1h及2h血糖、胰岛素和胰高血糖素水平。结果顺铂、紫杉醇和紫杉醇+卡铂联合化疗后胰高血糖素升高(P0.05),糖负荷后仍未下降,两紫杉醇组7d恢复,顺铂组14d恢复,卡铂组无变化;化疗后空腹胰岛素水平无明显变化(P0.05),糖负荷后1h所有化疗组胰岛素分泌指数均降低(P0.05),紫杉醇组首先恢复,卡铂组随后恢复,但联合化疗组和顺铂组14d仍未回复。糖负荷2h仅顺铂组显示受损。紫杉醇组和卡铂组血糖变化与胰高血糖素变化基本一致。结论化疗可致胰岛分泌功能受损,卡铂和紫杉醇较轻。顺铂和紫杉醇可引起胰高血糖素和血糖升高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of cisplatin,carboplatin and paclitaxel on the level of blood glucose. Methods 90 female Wistar rats were randomized allotted into 5 groups and treated with different chemotherapy agents.
