母婴同室陪护、探视人员手、咽喉的感染监测及分析

目的 有效控制产科病区医院感染的发生。方法 对母婴同室陪护、探视人员的手和咽喉进行采样做细菌培养。结果 陪护、探视人员的手、咽喉在消毒前、后采样。细菌培养结果差异显。经消毒液洗手后除菌效果非常显。漱口前后咽试培养细菌结果，有统计学意义。结论 制定严格陪护、探视制度，控制陪探人数。陪护、探视人员必须用消毒液洗双手。适时对陪护、探视人员的手和咽喉进行细菌培养，及时发现问题，采取相应的措施。杜绝院内感染的发生。

Supervision and Analysis of Hand and Pharyngeal Infections of Caregivers and Visitors in the Maternity Room

Objective To control nosocomial infection in maternal wards.Methods Hands and pharynxes of maternal caregivers and visitors were sampled for bacterial culture.Results The results of bacterial culture before and after disinfection of hands and pharynxes were significantly different. The disinfective outcome of washing hands with aseptic solution was significant, and that of gargling the throat with mouthwash was not insignificant.Conclusion Strict caregiving and visiting systems should be set up to control the number of caregivers and visitors in the maternity room. Caregivers and visitors should be advised to wash hands with aseptic solution before entering the maternity room, and hand and throat bacterial culture is necessary to find problems in time so that nosocomial infection is controlled effectively by taking appropriate measures.
