三种不同保护动静脉内瘘血管护理方案的研究

目的探讨维持性血液透析病人动静脉内瘘血管的有效护理方法。方法选择符合入组条件的维持性透析病人84例,随机分为实验组（29例）,单纯热敷组（27例）和单纯药物组（28例）,分别应用密闭式药物湿热敷,单纯热敷和单纯药物涂抹方法护理动静脉内瘘血管,比较3种护理方法的疗效。结果实验组各种血管并发症明显低于单纯热敷组和单纯药物涂抹组（P〈0.01）,穿刺疼痛评分明显低于明显单纯热敷组和单纯药物涂抹组（P〈0.05）。结论密闭式湿热敷方法操作简单,费用低廉,对于需要依靠透析为生的病人不失为一种值得推广的护理方法。

Three different nursing plans on protection of arteriovenous fistula vascular

Objective To explore the effective nursing on protecting arteriovenous fistula vascular in patients received maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 84 patients received maintenance hemodialysis were divided into experimental group（29 cases,used closed drug wet-hot pack）,heat group （27 cases,used simple hot pack）,simple drug group（28 cases,used simple coated drug）.The effects of three nursing method were compared.Results The vascular complications and puncture pain score of experimental group was lowest among three groups（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusions Closed drug wet-hot pack is simple and low-cost,so it can be regarded as a proper method for the patients who rely on hemodialysis.
