摘    要:人本管理是先进文化发展的必然.人才竞争是现代竞争的核心,而人才竞争的根本是人才制度的竞争.分配制度又是人才制度中的核心内容.薪酬不仅是对员工付出的一种合理回报,同时也是对员工整体素质(包括能力、才干、智慧)的检验.

Abstract:In light of the emergence and development of the idea of people-oriented management,the paper discusses the repay to the staff for people-oriented management.The hospital salary allotment is a core in the system of people- oriented management.It is fair that we should possibly make the personnel feel satisfied with company (employee and employer).A intelligent salary allotment system will create prosper together with happiness and exhibit the value of life to the employee and employer.People-oriented management is a must for the progress of advanced culture;hospital salary allotment is in essence people-oriented culture;hospital salary allotment and people-oriented management are intrinsically unified;and the strength of fair repay system constitutes the hospital's perpetual competitiveness.For this reason,it is imperative to pinpoint the intrinsic demands of hospital salary system and people-oriented management so as to enhance the hospital's credibility and competitiveness.
