| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后迟发性脑血管痉挛的临床特点和治疗方法.方法 对27例动脉瘤破裂出血后发生迟发性脑血管痉挛的患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果 动脉瘤破裂出血后发生迟发性脑血管痉挛大多在发病后2周内(21例,77.78%),经治疗后迟发性脑血管痉挛得到改善(P＜0.05).结论 在明确蛛网膜下腔出血病因的前提...
