| 摘 要： | 目的评价金标法检测结核抗体对结核病的临床诊断价值。方法选取来江北人民医院就诊的结核病患者300例,健康成人对照132例,分别用抗酸染色法查找抗酸杆菌,金标法对结核抗体进行检测并观察其结果。结果300例结核病患者中抗酸染色法检出抗酸杆菌阳性97例,阳性率为32.3%;金标法检出结核抗体阳性160例,其阳性率为53.3%;健康对照组两种方法检测均为阴性。结论结核抗体金标试剂操作简单,使用方便、快速,阳性检测率较高,可作为临床常规检测方法。
