| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童肾病综合征发生医院感染的相关因素及预防措施。方法对135例儿童肾病综合征(合并医院感染55例)进行相关因素分析。结果儿童肾病综合征合并医院感染与使用抗生素、血浆IgG和IgA水平、血浆白蛋白水平相关；而与肾病综合征的类型无关。结论合理使用抗生素，纠正蛋白营养不良，增强免疫功能，加强护理，对降低儿童肾病综合征合并医院感染的发生率起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the related factors and preventive measures of nosocomial infection in pediatric patients with nephritic syndrome(NS).Methods We investigated retrospectively pediatric NS patients (n=135)of recent five years in our hospital and studied the related factors of NS patients companied by nosocomial infection (n=55).Results pediatric NS complicated by nosocomial infection is related to admistering antibiotics plasma immunoglobulin concentration and albumin level, but unrelated to the type of NS .Conclusion Administering antibiotics rationally ,Correcting protein malnutrition ,improve immune function and more care were important to decrease the occurrence of nosocomial infection in pediatric patients with NS. |
