通胃抗萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例临床观察

目的　观察通胃抗萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法　慢性萎缩性胃炎患者 1 2 0例随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 60例采用通胃抗萎汤治疗 ,对照组 60例采用猴头健胃灵胶囊治疗。 2组均 6个月为1个疗程 ,1个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果　治疗组显效率为 5 8.3 3 %,总有效率为 90 .0 0 %;对照组显效率为2 5 .0 0 %,总有效率 76.67%,2组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。治疗组治疗后胃脘痛、饱胀、纳差、嘈杂主要临床症状和胃镜病理变化较治疗前有不同程度改善。结论　通胃抗萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。

Clinical observation on 60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by Tongweikangwei decoction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongweikangwei decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in treatment group were treated by Tongweikangwei decoction;60 patients in control group were treated by Houtoujianweiling capsule,with a treatment course of 6 months for both groups. The therapeutic effects were observed after one treatment course. Results The effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 58.33% and 90.00% respectively, which were 25.00% and 76.67% in control group respectively. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . Conclusion Tongweikangwei decoction is effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
