胫骨平台骨折治疗方法的选择

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折治疗方法的选择。方法根据具体病例的多种综合因素,有针对性地选择闭合手法、微创切开、手术切开三种方法并配合关节镜治疗。结果收治72例中获访64例,随访时间1~4年,平均2.8年,获访病例膝关节功能,采用M erchant标准综合评分,优良率87.5%。结论胫骨平台骨折应根据骨折类型、移位情况、膝关节肿胀程度、关节附属结构合并伤的情况等因素有针对性地选择适宜的治疗方法。

Treatment Options for Tibial Plateau Fracture
