血府逐瘀汤口服液治疗高血压性脑出血的临床研究

目的 观察血府逐瘀汤口服液治疗高血压性脑出血患者的临床疗效及其安全性.方法 将70例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为中药组（29例）和对照组（41例）,两组均给予脱水、降血压及营养神经治疗,其中中药组加用血府逐瘀汤口服液,以2周为1个疗程,治疗两个疗程.分别评估治疗前后患者神经功能评分和颅内出血量的变化.结果 两组患者凝血功能指标并无显著差异.与入院时比较,两组患者颅内血肿量和神经功能缺损程度评分均明显减少（P＜0.01）.治疗2周至1月时,中药组患者颅内血肿量较前明显减少（P＜0.05）.1年后随访时,中药组神经功能缺损程度评分优于对照组,差异显著（P＜0.05）.结论 血府逐瘀汤口服液可促进脑内血肿和水肿的吸收,从而改善脑出血患者的神经功能评分及预后.

Clinical Study of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and safety of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods：70 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into 2 groups,the herbal group with 29 cases and the control group with 41 cases.All patients in 2 groups were treated with western medicine including dehydrating agent,anti-hypertensive and neurotrophic drugs,while Xuefuzhuyu Decoction was used only for patients in herbal groups.After 2 treatment courses which were 2 weeks a course,the volume of intracerebral hematomas and nerve function loss score （NFLS） were assessed at different points in time.Results：There were no differences in bleeding time and coagulation time of patients between two groups.Compared with on admission,the volume of intracerebral hematomas and NFLS were reduced significantly in all patients at different points in time after treatment.Volume reduction of intracerebral hematomas and NFLS decrease were significantly more frequent in patients of herbal groups than those of control groups at the end of first month post stroke.After a year of follow-up,NFLS in the herbal groups and the control groups were （9.10±6.05） and （13.22±6.82） respectively.Most patients in herbal groups had a good outcome with a low NFLS.Conclusion：Xuefuzhuyu Decoction can improve the neurological function of patients with intracerebral haemorrhage through promotion of absorption with intracerebral hematomas and brain edema surrounding the hematoma.
