| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨刘氏温胆汤治疗室性早搏（痰火扰心证）的临床特点.方法 回顾性分析刘氏温胆汤治疗40例室性早搏（痰火扰心证）患者临床资料.结果 以刘氏温胆汤为主方治疗室性早搏（痰火扰心证）患者,疗效显著,无明显不良反应.结论 以疏肝解郁、清热化痰、宁心安神为法治疗室性早搏（痰火扰心证）,以口服中药刘氏温胆汤为主方治疗,能达到满意疗效. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical features of Liu＇s Wendan Decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beat with the syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing the heart.Methods：Clinical data of 40 patients were retrospectively analyzed with ventricular premature beat with the syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing the heart under the treatment of Liu＇s Wendan Decoction.Results：It was improved significantly without obvious side effects that ventricular premature beat in patients with the syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing the heart were used the Liu＇s Wendan Decoction as priority administration.Conclusion：The treatment on Liu＇s Wendan Decoction on ventricular premature beat with the syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing the heart has the satisfactory curative effect according to the principles of smoothing the liver and relieving the depression,clearing heat and reducing phlegm,tranquilizing the mind. |
