参蛤散对压力负荷性心力衰竭大鼠心功能的干预作用

摘    要:目的 应用压力负荷性心力衰竭大鼠,观察参蛤散对心衰大鼠心功能的影响.方法 以不完全缩窄腹主动脉大鼠作为压力负荷性心力衰竭大鼠模型,以参蛤散、卡托普利灌胃16周后,观察参蛤散对大鼠心功能的影响.结果 (1)与模型组相比,参蛤散与卡托普利均能提高心衰大鼠左心室舒缩功能;(2)参蛤散对左室质量指数有降低作用,但是程度不及卡托普利组.结论 腹主动脉缩窄可以造成EF值正常的心力衰竭,参蛤散在压力超负荷性心力衰竭形成过程中,起到提高EF值而改善心功能的作用,而对于改善心室重构方面效果则不如ACEI类药物卡托普利.

Effect of Shen'ge Powder on the Heart Function of Rats with Pressure-overload Induced Heart Failure

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Shen'ge Powder on the heart function of the rats with pressureoverload induced heart failure.Methods:An abdominal aorta constriction operation was performed on the rats except the sham-operation group.8 weeks after the surgery,the surviving rats were randomly divided into the model group,the Shen'ge Powder group and the captopril group.Rats were givien distilled water to the sham-operation group and the model group,and other rats were treated with Shen'ge Powder and captoprol respectively in other groups.The process lasted for 16 weeks.These heart function of rats were observed and compared in these groups.Results:(1)Compared with the model group,Shen'ge Powder and captopril both improved the left ventricular's diastolic and systolic function.(2)Shen'ge Powder could reduce LVMI,but this effect was less than that of the captopril.Conclusion:Coarctation of abdominal aorta can cause a heart failure with preserved-EF.During the process of the pressure-overload induced HF,Shen'ge Powder can improve the heart function through raising EF.Its effect of improving ventricular remodeling is not as good as that of the ACEI captopril.
