针药结合对稳定型心绞痛心电向量及心率变异性的影响

目的 通过对电针内关、针药并用、口服复方丹参滴丸疗法治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床观察,探讨针药并用治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其可能的作用机理.方法 将60例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为3组,针刺组（20例）,药物组（20例）、针药组（20例）,进行临床疗效的对比观察,同时观察3组治疗前后的VCG[QRS/T（F、H、RS）]、HRV（HF、LF/HF）值的变化.结果 （1）在心电图疗效、心绞痛疗效方面比较,针药组优于针刺组和药物组.针刺组疗效均优于药物组;（2）在降低T（H）、T（RS）值及升高HF,改善LF/HF等方面针药组疗效优于针刺组和药物组,针刺组与药物组疗效无明显差异.结论 电针内关穴,口服复方丹参滴丸,针药结合3种不同方法治疗稳定型心绞痛均能改善心电图缺血改变,减少心绞痛发作,降低LF/HF,升高HF;但针药组作用明显优于针刺组和药物组,提示稳定型心绞痛的治疗以针药结合治疗方法为最佳.

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Medication on VCG and HRV in Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of stable angina pectoris by electroacupunctnre point Neiguan （PC6）,composite salviae dropping pill and acupuncture combined medication,to explore the clinical effect and the effective mechanism of acupuncture medication combined and to provide the oretical and practical basis for the strategy of fire prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods：60 cases of stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 3 groups,the electroacupuncture （EA） point Neiguan （PC6） group,the composite salviate dropping pill （CSDP） group and the combination of electroacupunture and medicine （CEA）group.After treatment,all clinical data were compared among three groups.Results：The relieving rate of angina pectoris symptoms and the improving rate of ischemie eleetrocardiogram in the CEA group were significandy superior to those of the EA group and the CSDP group（P＜ 0.05 or 0.01）.The improving and control action on QRS/T、HF and LF/HF levels in the group of CEA group were significantly superior to those of the other two groups.（P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion：The combined treatment of combination of electroacupuncture and composite salviae droppingpill is a better method of stable angina pectoris.
