甲地孕酮在鼻咽癌同步放化疗中的作用

目的评价甲地孕酮在Ⅱ~Ⅲ期鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗中保护骨髓、减少消化道反应以及改善患者生活质量的作用。方法对照组29例给予常规放疗并DF方案同步化疗,治疗组31例在对照组治疗的基础上给予甲地孕酮(160mg·d-1);观察两组患者毒副反应发生率、消化道反应以及生活质量情况。结果治疗组血液学毒性和消化道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者生活质量改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。未见甲地孕酮所致的严重毒副作用。结论甲地孕酮对接受同步放化疗的鼻咽癌患者在保护骨髓、减轻消化道反应和提高生活质量等方面具有明显作用。

Effects of megestrol acetate in concurrent chemotherapy for the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the effects of megestrol acetate (MA) in protecting marrow, decreasing digestive tract reaction and improving the quality of life in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) at stage Ⅱ～Ⅲ treated with concurrent radiochemotherapy.Methods Twenty-nine patients were performed with routine radiotherapy combined with DF protocol concurrent chemotherapy in the control group.MA(160 mg·d~ -1 )was administered on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Incidence of toxic and adverse reaction,digestive tract reaction and quality of life in patients of two groups were observed.Results Rate of hematological toxicity and digestive tract reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Quality of life was improved better in treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Severe toxic and adverse effects induced by MA didn't occur.Conclusion MA has remarkable effects in protecting marrow, decreasing digestive tract reaction and improving the quality of life in the patients with NPC treated with concurrent radiochemotherapy.
