莆田市2型糖尿病患者焦虑现况调查及相关因素分析

目的探索2型糖尿病患者的焦虑现况及其相关因素,为提早干预及延缓疾病的进展提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自制量表对莆田市附属医院100例2型糖尿病患者进行横断面调查焦虑现状,进行单因素及Logistic逐步回归分析筛选与之相关的影响因素。结果 23%的患者有焦虑存在。单因素显示影响糖尿病患者焦虑的危险因素有糖尿病痛史、糖尿病并发症、子女陪伴、合并其他慢性病、是否参加集体活动。多因素分析显示糖尿病患者焦虑与糖尿病病史(OR=3.604,95%CI=1.405~9.246)、糖尿病并发症OR=(3.782,95%CI=1.325~10.796)、子女陪伴有关(OR=3.938,95%CI=1.183~13.105)。结论随糖尿病病程的进展及并发症的出现,子女的陪伴减少,糖尿病患者易出现焦虑情绪。

Analysis of Anxious Status and its Influencing Factors in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in PuTian

Objective To investigate the anxious status of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and their related factors for taking an early intervention and slowing the progress of the disease.Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes were inquired and assessed with self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）and self-designed questionnaire.The influencing factors of anxiety were analyzed by univariate analysis and multiple stepwise Logistic regression analysis.Results The prevalence of anxiety were 23%.Univariate analysis showed that patients with longer duration,diabetic chronic complication,the merge of other chronic disease,family care less,to participate in collective activities.Multivariate analysis revealed that patients with longer duration（OR = 3.604,95%CI = 1.405 - 9.246）,diabetic chronic complication（OR = 3.782,95%CI=1.325- 10.796）,family care less（OR = 3.938,95%CI= 1.183- 13.105） were associated with anxiety of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion As the progress of patients with longer duration and the merge of diabetic chronic complication, the less of family care.The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had a higher score of anxiety.
