温阳止泻贴敷治疗虚寒性泄泻

目的观察温阳止泻贴敷贴治疗虚寒性泄泻的临床疗效。方法将采集100例患者随机分为温阳止泻贴治疗组与盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊对照组各50例,30 d为1疗程,停药后随访4周,观察主症的变化及复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),停药4周后,治疗组复发率28.9%,对照组复发率61.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温阳止泻贴敷贴治疗虚寒性泄泻疗效显著。

Antidiarrheal Stick Patches Paste used of Warming Yang in Treatment of Cold Diarrhea

Objective To observe the ＂explored antidiarrheal stick＂ sticking clinical curative effect in treatment of cold diarrhea. Methods Collect cases were randomly divided into ＂explored antidiarrheal stick＂ treatment group with loperamide hydrochloride capsules each 50 cases of control group,30,total treatment and follow-up 4 weeks after the drug was stopped, observe the changes of primary symptom and relapse.Results Treatment group total effective rate was 90.0%,control group total effective rate was 72.0%,with significant difference（P〈0.05）,4 weeks after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate 28.9%treatment group,control group recurrence rate was 61.1%,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion this antidiarrheal stick＂sticking in treatment of cold diarrhea curative effect is remarkable.
