针药并用治疗纤维肌痛综合征

目的观察电针、刺血拔罐配合酸枣仁汤与身痛逐瘀汤加减(针药并用)治疗纤维肌痛综合征的近期疗效,探寻中医治疗方案。方法将72例患者随机分为2组,治疗组(针刺加刺血拔罐加酸枣仁汤与身痛逐瘀汤)和对照组(口服西药盐酸阿米替林)各36例,观察比较2组患者近期症状改善情况和疼痛状况自评量表(VAS)改善情况。结果治疗组近期临床显效率69.4%,总有效率94.4%明显优于对照组的41.7%和63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自评量表VAS,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针、刺血拔罐配合酸枣仁汤与身痛逐瘀汤加减(针药并用)治疗纤维肌痛综合征近期疗效确切。

Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome with Acupuncture Medication Combined

Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of electroacupuncture,bloodletting and cupping of Suanzaoren Decoction with Shentong zhuyu Decoction（acupuncture and medicine） in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.To explore the TCM treatment plan.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group（acupuncture plus blood-letting puncture and cupping plus Suanzaoren Decoction with Shentong zhuyu Decoction） and the control group（amitriptyline hydrochloride oral oral medicine） of the 36 cases,two groups patients were observed and compared the recent improvement of symptoms and pain self-rating scale（VAS） to improve the situation.Results The treatment group clinical effective rate was 69.4%,efficiency was 94.4%,significantly higher than that of the control group 41.7%and 63.3%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Checklist VAS,the treatment group and the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The short-term efficacy of electroacupuncture,bloodletting and cupping combined with Suanzaoren Decoction and Shentong zhuyu Decoction（acupuncture and medicine） in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome was exact.
