中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

目的探讨中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效。方法:选择我院确诊的54例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机平均分成中西医结合治疗组和对照组,每组27例,分析2组患者治疗后的临床疗效和患者的生存质量。结果中西医结合治疗组总有效率为88.9%明显高于对照组的59.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤缓解率评定结果显示治疗组在肿瘤治疗的稳定率和缓解率都高于对照组,患者的生活质量评定结果显示,治疗组好于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有效率高,可有效控制肿瘤的发展,降低患者的不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Advanced Nono-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To study the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical curative effect.Method Choosing our hospital diagnosed 54 patients in non-small cell lung cancer,random average into combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group and control group,each group 27 patients,analysing the two groups of patients after treatment and the clinical curative effect of survival in patients with quality.Results Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group and an example,the total effective rate was 88.9%（24/27）,much higher than the control group,a statistically significant difference,P 0.05.Tumor response rate to assess the results showed that the comprehensive treatment group of Chinese and western medicine in cancer treatment stability and ease rate are higher than those in the control group,the quality of life of patients with evaluation results show that,the treatment group in the control group,a statistically significant difference were,P 0.05.Conclusion Compared with the pure western medicine therapy,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of high efficient, can effectively control the development of tumors,and reduce the adverse reaction of patients,improve the quality of life of the patients,Therefore it is the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer feasible method.
