摘    要:目的旨在探讨槲皮素与针刺联用对缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的影响及其可能机制。方法采用大脑中动脉栓塞法制作大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,应用神经功能缺损评分评价槲皮素针刺联用对缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能的影响。结果槲皮素与针刺联合干预的大鼠行为评分显著下降,表明两者联用能够更为显著的改善脑缺血再灌注大鼠的神经损伤。槲皮素与针刺联用能够有效的增加GSH的水平,增强SOD的活性,并能有效减少脑组织中MDA的含量,且与单用相比效果更为显著。结论槲皮素与针刺联用能够有效改善缺血再灌注引起的脑组织损伤,其机制可能与抗氧化损伤有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of combination on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and its possible mechanism of quercetin with acupuncture.Methods Acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats model with arterial embolization in the brain,application of neural function defect score evaluation of quercetin acupuncture associated with effects of nerve function on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Results the score of rat behavior of quercetin and acupuncture combined with intervention decreased significantly,can show more nerve injury in cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats was significantly associated with both.Can effectively increase the level of GSH in combination with quercetin and acupuncture,enhancing the activity of SOD,and can effectively reduce the content of MDA in brain tissue,and compared with single effect is more obvious.Conclusion can effectively improve the ischemia reperfusion induced brain injury associated with quercetin and acupuncture,and its mechanism may be associated with anti oxidative damage.
