| 摘 要： | 慢性脓胸及支气管胸膜瘘病人13例,在胸腔闭式引流术后,用含氢化考的松,庆大霉素及α—糜蛋白酶的生理盐水冲洗胸腔。结果13例全部伤口愈合出院。平均住院日为25.5日。随访远期疗效亦佳。

Chronic empyema and bronchopleural fistula treated by pleural drainage and irrigation |

| Abstract: | 13 cases (8 adults, 5 children) of chronic empyema and bronchopleuralfistula (7 cases in left side, 5 cases in right side and 1 case bilateral) weretreated by pleural drainage and irrigation with solution containing gentamyc-in, hydrocortison and α-chymotrypsin. The solution was instilled through athin tube inserted in the chest tube to the pleural cavity. There is no seri-ous complication. The result is better than that treated by simple close oropen pleural drainage. Patients discharged in an average of 25.5 days afterthe treatment. |
