新福林加局部冷敷在眼肌手术中的应用

目的 :探讨术前应用新福林点眼 ,术后局部冷敷对减轻结膜充血、水肿的作用。方法 :将行斜视矫正术的病人分为两组 ,对照组术前不用新福林点眼 ,术后不行局部冷敷 ;实验组术前 5min点 1%新福林原液 1滴 ,术后冰块冷敷术眼 3h ;观察比较两组结膜充血、水肿情况。结果 :实验组术后结膜充血、水肿程度、术眼疼痛程度均较对照组轻。结论 :术前应用 1%新福林点眼加术后冷敷可减少术后结膜反应 ,并减轻病人的痛苦 ,建议临床推广使用

Neosynephrine Combined With Local Cold Compress Applied in Ocular Muscles Surgery

Objective: to approach the role of using neosynephrine eye drip before operation combined with post-operative local cold compress to abate the congestion and edema of conjunctiva in the surgery of ocular muscles. Method: patients would be undergone orthopia were divided into two groups. Patients of control group were carried out the surgery as routinely. Patients of test group were given stock solution of 1% neosynephrine 1 drop to drip the eye 5 min before the operation. Meanwhile patients of test group were received cold compress with ice cube for 3 h after operation. Chemosis of patients in both groups was observed and compared. Results: patients of test group had less postoperative chemosis and less eye pain than that of patients of control group had. Conclusion: preoperative use of 1% neosynephrine eye drip combined with postoperative local cold compress may lessen postoperative conjunctiva reaction of patients and mitigate the sufferings of patients.
