β3-肾上腺素受体W64R基因多态性与代谢综合征的相关性研究

目的研究探讨ADRβ3基因W64R多态性与代谢综合征之间的关系，为代谢综合征的早期预防及诊断治疗提供科学的依据。方法MS患者118例、门诊健康体检者112例，设为MS组和对照组。采用PCR-RFLP技术检测ADRβ3基因多态性。将MS组和正常对照组的基因型和等位基因分布进行比较，并将不同基因型的BMI、WHR、TG、FBG、HDL、IR、血压水平进行比较，以分析ADRβ3基因多态性与MS表型的关系。结果①两组研究对象中均存在三种基因型，MS组和正常对照组人群基因型分布符合Hardy—Weinberg平衡定律。②MS组人群的ADRβ3基因多态性TT、TA、从基因型频率和T、A等位基因频率与正常对照组人群的比较，二者无统计学显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论ADRβ3基因突变（Trp64Arg、Arg64Arg）与代谢综合征之间可能无相关性。

The association between the β3-adrenergic receptor w64r gene polymorphism and metabolic syndrome

Objective To investigate the possible association between the ADRβ3 gene Trp64Arg（W64R） polymorphism and metabolic syndrome ,and to provide scientific bases for earlier period precaution and diagnosis treatment of metabolic syndrome.Method All subjects were divided into two group ：MS and controls, polymerase chain fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP） were used for the detection of ADRβ3 genotypes. Result （1）The genotype distribution was compatible with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in the MS and controls.（2）There were no significant diference between the frequencies of the polymorphism of ADRβ3 gene/（TT,TA and AA ）genotypes and the T and A allele frequencies in MS group and in controls. Conclusion No relationship was found between the mutation of ADRβ3 gene Trp64Arg and the occurrence of MS.
