我院抗微生物药物使用动态分析

目的分析掌握我院各类抗微生物药物的使用情况。方法收集2001-2003年我院西药库药品出库单据，用Excel进行处理。螭果医保药品使用率〉70％；注射药的使用频度连年增加；三年来抗微生物药物的用药频度在降低，在DDDs排名前五位中喹诺酮类和抗感染植物药的名次呈上升趋势、头孢菌素类药物与大环内酯类比较平稳而青霉素类药物在逐年降低；每年DDDs排名前十位药品品种有所变化。结论掌握医院抗微生物药物使用状况，是促进抗微生物药物合理使用的基础。

Analysis of the use of anti-microbial drugs in our hospital

Objectivc Aialysis the use of anti-microbial drugs in our hospital. Method The 3-year （2001-2003） drug out-depot data was collected and analyzed with Microsoft excel software. Results The ratio of the assigned drugs of medical insurance was beyond 70% ： The DDDs of injection drugs was increased： The DDDs of anti-microbial drugs in our hospital was reduced in the 3-year; Around the first 5 places of DDDs of anti-microbial, the place of 4-quinolones and antibiotics herbs drug tended to rise, the one of cephalosporins and macrolides was stable, but the one of penicillines tended to decline. As to every drug in the first l0 places of DDDs of anti-microbia was chenged every year. Conclusion To grasp the use of anti-microbial drugsis the foundation of reasonable drug-use.
