郑州铁路局中心医院隶属改制后的发展战略研究

随着铁路企业改革深入、郑州铁路局中心医院隶属改励（郑州大学第五附属医院）的完成，医院的发展战略研究至关重要。本文运用战略管理分析方法，分析郑州铁路局中心医院移交地方后现状及未来几年发展战略，认为：医院应利用大学优势，加强学科建设，提高医疗水平，发展边缘专业，增强市场反应能力，使本院成为具有学科优势和专科特色的大型综合性医疗教学区域中心。

Study on Development Strategy of Central Hospital of Zhengzhou Railway Administration after Subordination Transfer

As the deepening of renovation of railway industry , completion of subordination transfer of Central Hospital of Zhengzhou Railway Administration （ now ,The 5th Hospital of Zhengzhou University ） Importance of study in development strategy of 5th HZU is vividly revealed. The article analysed the present situation and development strategy in the near future of CHZRA after subordination transfer by application of strategy analysis method. The anticipation is ： on the superiority of Zhengzhou University ,reinforee course construction , upgrade the level of medical treatment, develop frontier science and update the responsibility to market demand . Then , the 5th HZU will become to a comprehensive center of medical treatment and notable characteristics.
