| 摘 要： | 目的总结分析诊治腹部闭合性损伤的经验教训。方法回顾性分析本院2001至2004年的32例腹部闭合性损伤的临床资料并进行总结。结果32例急诊手术，死亡2例，治愈30例。结论腹部闭合性损伤伴休克者，应在积极抗休克的同时行急诊剖腹探查。

| Abstract: | Objective Tosummarize and analyze the experience of diagnosis and treatment of closed belly injure Method the clinical date of 32 case of closed bnlly injure between 2001 and 2004 were analyzed retrospecticely. Result Emergency operation were performed in 32 cases,two pati ents dead 30 patients were cured . Conclusion The patients who surffered closed belly injure with shock should be performed emergency operation to explore belly when anti-shock treatment was performed at the same time. |
