大鼠黄体萎缩时期细胞超微结构的研究

本实验以ＰＭＳＧ和ｈＣＧ处理后黄体萎缩时期大鼠为实验材料研究黄体萎缩与细胞凋亡关系。经电镜细胞超微结构分析发现黄体组织萎缩时大量黄体细胞发生调亡，其染色质浓缩，边集，被膜包裹形成表面光滑有的凋亡小体，而这一过程中细胞器却基本完整，这些凋亡小体的所吞噬。以上均上显示出细胞凋亡所具有的形态学特征，从而有力地证明了细胞凋亡参与了黄体组织萎缩，为深入了解黄体退化机制提供了依据。

Ultrastructural Study of Rat Corpus Luteum in Regression

The corpus luteum of rats after the stoppage of PMSG and hCG injection was used to investigate the relationship between its regression and apoptosis.Ultrastructural study demonstrated that the nuclear chromatin became condensed and marginated,then broke up into one or several memberane bound smooth surfaced apoptotic bodies while the organelles showed only slight changes during this process.The apoptotic bodies were finally phagocytosed by the neighboring cells.All these changes are characteristic of apoptosis.So it is believed that,apoptosis,participated in the process of corpus luteum regression and calls for new effort in the study of the mechanism of corpus luteum regression.
