摘    要:目的研究中性蛋白酶水解提取林蛙油多糖的最佳工艺参数。方法以料水比、中性蛋白酶浓度、水解时间和水解温度为考察因素,提取液中多糖含量为指标,通过SPSS软件设计L9(34)正交试验,并用SPSS进行数据处理。结果通过正交实验,得出中性蛋白酶提取林蛙油多糖工艺条件为料水比1∶100、加酶量为5%、水解时间1h、水解温度50℃。结论运用SPSS软件设计L9(34)正交表并进行数据处理,大大方便了实验结果处理,使实验方便科学,得出中性蛋白酶水解提取林蛙油多糖的工艺。

Abstract:Purpose To study the optimum craft condition with neutral protease for extracting Ovidustus rana polysaccharide.Methods Selecting factors with the ratio of water to sample,neutral protease concentration,hydrolyzing time and hydrolyzing temperature and using target with Ovidustus rana polysaccharide content in pick-up liquid as investigation index by L9(34)orthogonal design with SPSS,and all of the data dealt with SPSS.Results The optimum craft conditions of extracting Ovidustus rana polysaccharide were as follow,the ratio of water to sample neutral protease concentration hydrolyzing time and hydrolyzing temperature were 1∶100,5%,1 h and 50℃ respectively.Conclusion Using orthogonal design with SPSS and analysis data,it can be convenient for the experimentation,and also for optimizing the experimentation design.The optimum craft condition extracting Ovidustus rana polysaccharide was attained.
