利多卡因在人工流产中的应用

目的 减轻人工流产时孕妇的痛苦,预防人工流产并发症的发生.方法 选择200例早孕妇女设观察组与对照组.观察组(100例)术前宫颈注射利多卡因,观察孕妇术中术后的反应.对照组(100例)不用任何药物.结果 观察组孕妇术中疼痛明显轻于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组无一例发生人工流产综合征,宫颈口松弛明显(P＜0.05);术中出血也少;无麻醉药过敏及副反应.结论 此方法能有效减轻孕妇人工流产时的痛苦,预防人工流产并发症的发生,方法 简便易行安全价廉,病人易于接受.

Use of Lidocaine in Artifical Abortion

Objective To explore the methods of alleviating patients' suffering during artifical abortion and preventing the occur of complication in artifical abortion.Methods 200 cases of patients with abnormal pregnancies were divided into two groups. The group A (n=100), received preoperative injection of lidocaine in unerine neck, and the group B (n=100) did no drugs. Then the rate of pain in operation, and postoperative artifical abortion syndrome between two groups were observed respectively. Results Both rate of pain in operation and postoperative artifical abortion syndrome in the group A was all significant less than in the group B (P<0.05). The patients in the group A had less hemorrhage in operation, no allergic reaction and side reaction relative to lidocine. Conclusion The method of preoperative injection of lidocaine in unerine neck can effective to alleviate the affliction when artifical abortion in patients with abnormal pregnancy and prevent the complications. The method was simple, easy to performed, safe, and less cost, deserve geserve generalized and applition.
