天麻种子、种麻及商品麻的药理作用比较(Ⅰ)

目的 :对天麻种子、种麻及商品麻的药理作用进行比较 ,探讨种麻的主要药理作用 ,为种麻的开发利用提供依据。方法 :采用小鼠活动计数法 ,观察药物的镇静作用 ;采用小鼠热板法、扭体法 ,观察药物的镇痛作用 ;采用蛋清致小鼠足肿胀法 ,观察药物的抗炎作用。结果 :(1)不同天麻样品水煎液对其自发活动次数均明显减少。与空白对照组比较差异显著(P<0 .0 1)。 (2 )不同天麻样品水煎液对正常小鼠痛阈值无明显影响。 (3)不同天麻样品水煎液均能延长小鼠扭体潜伏期并减少其扭体次数 ,具有良好的镇痛作用。(4 )不同天麻水煎液除种子外对蛋清性炎症有显著抑制作用 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :种麻与商品麻的镇静、镇痛 ,抗炎等药理作用相似 ,种麻可代替商品麻入药或开发产品

Comparison of Seed, Stem with Seed and Commercial Rhizoma Gastrodiae in Pharmacological Effect (Ⅰ)

Objective: To compare seed stem with seed, and commercial Rhizoma Gastrodiae in pharmacologic effect. Study main pharmacological effect of seed stem.Methods: By counting the number of mice spontaneous activity, to find out the sedation of drug; By hot plate method and torsion body method, to study analgesia effect, by letting feet swelling with egg protein, to study antiinflammatory effect.Results:Different sample of Gastrodia elata can reduce the number of mice spontaneous activity, the difference is obvious (P<0.01).Different sample of Gastrodia elata do not obviously affect the pain threshold number. Different sample of Gastrodia elata can prolong the latent period and reduce the number of torsion body, it has very good analgesia effect. Different sample of Gastrodia elata can obviously antagonise inflammatory that caused by egg protein (P<0.01).Conclusion:Seed stem of Gastrodia elata can replace commercial Rhizoma Gastrodiae to use.
