立体交叉测评在临床护理教学质量评价中的应用

目的 探讨立体交叉测评在高等护理教育临床教学中的作用。方法 2004年9月-2005年2月在04级高护班中随机抽取2个小班师生作为实验组，在教学中应用立体交叉测评；其余4个小班作为对照组，实施常规的普通教学方法。在教学中对实验组教师和护生分别分阶段进行测评，根据测评结果调整教学；在期末对全体主带教师和护生进行统一测评。结果 实验组教师授课质量优于对照组教师授课质量；实验组护生综合素质优于对照组护生综合素质，差异具有统计学意义。结论 应用立体交叉测评教学优于常规教学，对提高师生的综合素质均有一定的效果。

Application of solid and crossover method in evaluation of educational quality of clinical nursing

Objective To study the effect of the solid and crossover method in the clinical education of higher-nursing education. Methods Two classes were chosen as the experiment group from higher-nurse classes from September in 2004 to February in 2005, which using the solid and crossover method. The other four classes as the comparison group adopted the common teaching method. At the same time, the teachers and the nurse students in the experiment group were evaluated phase--after-phase, respectively. Then the teaching was adjusted according to the result of evaluation. At the end of period, all the teachers and students were evaluated. Results The teaching quality of teachers in the experiment group was superior to that in the compare group, and the integrated diathesis of students in the experiment group was more excellent than that in the compared group. Conclusions The solid and crossover method is superior to the common teaching, which will improve the integrated diathesis of teachers and students.
