HBsAg阳性血清中抗-抗-HBs抗体检测的初步报告

作者设计了测定人血清中抗-抗-HBs(Ab_2)的ELISA法,并用该法对23例无自觉症状,HBsAg阳性的血清进行了检测,其中5例为Ab_2阳性,阳性率为21.7％。任选Ab_2阳性中的3份标本,Ab_2阴性中的2份标本进行了免疫电镜检查,前者均未查见HBV颗粒,后者中有1份查见HBV颗粒.提示.在常规的HBsAg检测中,有可能存在具有HBsAg内影像作用的抗-抗-HBs的干扰。

Detection of Anti-idiotypic Antibody specific for Anti-HBs in HBsAg Positive Serum

An ELISA for detectinganti-idiotypic antibody specific for anti-HBs(anti-anti-HBs, Ab2)was devised andused to datect twenty--three asymptomaticHBsAg positive sera. Of these HBsAgpositive samples, five were positive foranti-anti-HBs. Three anti-anti-HBs posi-tive samples and two anti--anti--HBs nega-tive samples were checked by immune elec-tron microscopy (IEM). Non HBV parti-cles were found in the anti-anti--HBs po-sitive samples, but the particles wereseen in one of the anti-anti-HBs nega-tive samples. According to the immunenatworks theory, the anti-anti-HBs withthe characteristic of HBsAg internal canmimic HBsAg and bind to anti-HBs(Ab1).so that the anti--anti-HBs may interferethe routine detection of HBsAg and re-sults in false positive. The data des-cribed above demonstrated the existenceof this consideration. The authors sug-gested that samples with HBsAg positive.especially those from asymptomatic car-riers should be detected for anti-anti-HBsin order to rule out the interference ofanti-anti-HBs.
