新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床与CT分度相关性分析

目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）临床与ＣＴ分度的相关性。方法对７２例经临床与ＣＴ确诊为ＨＩＥ的患儿进行分析。６６例足月儿ＨＩＥ的临床和ＣＴ诊断根据１９９６年全国杭州会议修订的标准；６例早产儿的诊断根据其临床表现，不进行分度。结果６６例足月儿ＨＩＥ临床与ＣＴ分度呈显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＴ分度并不与临床分度完全一致。６例早产儿ＨＩＥＣＴ表现为弥漫性低密度影，ＣＴ值较低。结论ＨＩＥＣＴ分度与临床分度呈显著相关，ＣＴ分度与临床分度不符合者与ＣＴ值有一定关系。

Reserach on the interrelation of clinic and CT graduation in HIE

Objective To study the interrelation of clinic and CT graduation in the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 72 neonates of HIE were examined.The clinic and CT diagnosis of 66 term infants conformed to the revised standard of the national meeting in Hangzhou.The diagnosis of 6 preterm infants accorded with their clinical symptom,and weren't graduated.Results The clinical graduation of the 66 term infants showed remarkable interrelation with their CT graduation,but they are not completely coincident.The CT scan of 6 preterm infants showed extensive low-density photograph,and the CT value declined.Conclusions The graduation in CT and clinic of HIE presents remarkable interrelation.The case which CT graduation isn't coincident with clinic graduation shows some relativity with its CT value.
