CT引导下经皮肺活检方法的探讨

目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术、临床应用及并发症。方法自1997年开展经皮肺活检术至今,通过与病理科及CT室合作,探索用过多种穿刺器材、多种定位方法及穿刺操作方法,经过多年的实践,我们确立了目前的活检器材、定位方法及穿刺操作方法。应用该方法对我院128例其它检查未能明确诊断的肺内周围性病变患者进行经皮肺穿刺活检术。结果128例患者,本院病理科确诊120例,标本送上级医院确诊定性6例,未能定性2例,并发症11例(8.6%)。结论本CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的方法具有操作简单,病人暴露于X线下时间短,取材准确,并发症少的优点。

The study of the methods of percutaneous lung biopsy guided by computer tomography

AIM]To study the technique,clinical application and complication of the method of percutaneous lung biopsy guided by computer tomography.METHODS:We have studied various plungers,locating and operating methods since 1997,through the cooperation of the departments of pathology and CT.At last,we establish the plunger,locating method and method of operation now.By this method,we examinated 128 patients with pulmonary peripheral lesions,that can't be identified by other methods.RESULTS:120 patients were final diagnosed by our hospital and 6 patients were final diagnosed by higher authorities.Unfortunately,2 patients finally failed to be qualitative analysised.Only 11 complications appeared.CONCLUSIONS:Our method has the virtue of simple operation,short time exposed to the X ray,accurate to draw the materials and minor complications.
