糖皮质激素对大鼠膈肌形态及功能作用的实验观察

３０只ＳＤ大鼠随机分为实验组［醋酸可的松５０ｍｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ），肌注共１４ｄ］、饮食配对组及正常对照组，观察营养指标、离体隔肌最大张力以及张力－频率曲线和形态改变。结果显示实验组平均每日进食量下降，并出现体重、隔肌重量、白蛋白和总蛋白下降，膈肌出现高频疲劳，光镜下隔肌纤维变性、坏死、增生，部分纤维萎缩变细，而饮食配对组和正常对照组则无上述变化。讨论了皮质类固醇肌病的发病机理及与营养不良的关系。

The Effects of Corticosteroids on the Function and Morphology of Diaphragm in Rats

Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:(1) treatment group:cortisone acetate was given intramuscular injection ata dose of 10mg per kilogram of body weightdaity for 14 days,(2) pair-eating group: the amount of daily food intake was equal to that oftreatment group.(3) free-eating group, The diaphragm function and morphology of rats werefree-eating group. The diaphragm function and morphology of rats were examined after treatment.The results showed that cortisone may cause decrease of food intake, and diaphragm weight andserum albumin of rats. In treatment group, diaphragm fatigue occured after a high frequency el-ectric stimulation, and light microscopy examination revealed degeneration, necrosis and atrophyof diaphragm muscle fibers. Pair-eating and free-eating groups did not show such changes altho-ughpair-eating group rats had a decrease of food intake,too. The relationship between malnutrit-ion and the pathogenesis of the diaphragmatic myopathy due to corticosteroids was discuused.
