| 摘 要： | 笔者对中药肾毒性的临床报道进行了研究，以探讨中药致肾损害的一般规律与有关特征，并对其病理改变、发病机理与现状进行分析，发现一些中药具有肾脏毒性，表现各异，应严格掌握适应证、慎用具有肾毒性的中药。
