118例美沙酮维持治疗患者人格测试分析

目的:探讨美沙酮维持治疗患者的人格特征,为美沙酮维持治疗中的心理干预提供相关依据。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对118例自愿戒毒的美沙酮维持治疗患者进行测查。结果:美沙酮维持治疗患者EPQ各分量表分值与成人常模进行比较,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。男、女依赖者之间,在精神质(P)、神经质(N)和掩饰性(L)分量表之间差异存在显著性(P<0.001)。结论:美沙酮维持治疗患者的人格明显偏离正常,男女之间存在差异,应有针对性地开展心理干预。

PERSONALITY ANALYSIS FOR 118 PATIENTS ON METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT

Objective:To understand the personality of the patients on methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) patients. Methods:The personality of 118 MMT patients who voluntarily received MMT was tested with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). All subscales of EPQ scores of MMT patients were compared with the adult norm. Results:Compared with the adult norm,all subscales of EPQ scores of MMT patients showed a significant difference(P<0.001). Differences between male and female in P,N,L subscales were also observed. Conclusion:Obviously,MMT patients have abnormal personality,and there are differences between men and women. Psychological intervention should be conducted accordingly.
