小儿神经外科围术期镇痛现状及进展

近几年来关于小儿术后疼痛的问题越来越被重视,人们已经意识到小儿围术期镇痛的重要性,小儿疼痛系统评估的不断完善促进了小儿术后镇痛的发展。多模式镇痛会成为小儿术后镇痛的主要方向。目前描述小儿神经外科术后的疼痛情况的数据极少,因此在小儿神经外科优化的镇痛方式及用药的进一步研究上还有很大的空间。该文就小儿神经外科术后镇痛的现状、疼痛评估、镇痛方式及用药等进行综述。

Status and Progress of Pediatric Neurosurgery Perioperative Analgesia

In recent years,postoperative pain in children are drawing more and more attention,and most people have realized the importance of pediatric perioperative analgesia.The constantly improving pediatric pain assessment system promotes the development of perioperative pain in children.Multimodal analgesia will become the main direction of perioperative pain in children.There is little research and information about pediatric neurosurgery perioperative analgesia,there is still great potential in the analgesia optimization of pediatric surgery and medication.Here is to make a review of the current status of pediatric postoperative analgesia,pain assessment as well as analgesic techniques.
