神经肌肉本体感觉促进(PNF)技术在各个领域的疗效均令人满意,其中关于PNF技术配合传统中医综合疗法对提高康复治疗效果的研究较少,但少量研究报道均有良好疗效,结果使人鼓舞,值得进一步研究探讨。该文主要回顾PNF技术在临床康复治疗中应用的研究,介绍PNF技术的基本理论,阐述其在各个领域的研究进展及其与相应领域传统治疗方法相结合治疗相关疾病的临床疗效。

Research Progress in Propriocepfive Neuromuscular Facilitation

Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation（PNF） has achieved satisfactory efficacy in various territories. But research on improving the effects of rehabilitation therapy by combining PNF with traditional Chinese medicine was rare. However, there is still a few literatures that reported inspiring fine efficacy, which is worthy of further investigation. Here is to make a review of the literatures on application of PNF in clinical rehabilitation therapy, introducing the basic principles of PNF, the research progress of its application in various territories and the clinical efficacy of its combination with traditional therapies.
