| 摘 要： | 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种常见慢性进行性多关节受累的免疫系统疾病,发病机制尚不明确。随着对该疾病研究的不断深入,已发现辅助性T细胞(Th)17细胞和调节性T细胞(Treg)在自身免疫调节中发挥重要作用。目前研究认为,RA是抗原呈递细胞和CD4+T细胞相互作用的结果。近年来,Th17细胞、Treg细胞及Th17细胞/Treg的细胞平衡在RA发病中受到越来越多的关注,并发现后两者才是RA发病机制的核心。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） is a kind of common chronic, progressive, multi-joint involvement of the immune system diseases. Pathogenesis of RA is not dear. With deepening study of RA, it has been found Thl7 cells and Treg cells play an important role in autoimmunity regulation. It＇s currently considered that RA is the result of interactions of antigen-presenting cells and CD4 ＋ T cell. In recent years, Thl7 cells, Treg cells and Thl7 eells/Treg cell balance in the pathogenesis of RA are drawing more and more attention and it＇s found that the latter two （Treg cells and Thl7 cells/Treg cells） are the core of the pathogenesis of RA. |
