人羊膜上皮细胞减轻肺损伤的研究进展

肺损伤可由多种因素引起,目前临床尚无特效的治疗方法改善患者的预后,运用细胞治疗疾病是目前各个医学领域研究的热点。间充质干细胞减轻肺损伤的作用在国内外许多研究中已得到证实,人羊膜上皮细胞(hAECs)是一类具有干细胞特性的细胞,与间充质干细胞相比具有来源丰富、低免疫原性、不涉及伦理问题等优点。该文就有关肺损伤治疗的现状及hAECs在减轻肺损伤的作用和机制的研究进展予以综述。

Progress in Human Amniotic Epithelial Cells in Lessening Lung Injury

Lung injury can be caused by many factors,currently,there is no effective treatment for clinical improvement of the prognosis.Currently using cell therapy is a hot research spot in various medical fields.Mesenchymal stem cells＇ function of reducing lung injury has been confirmed in many studies at home and abroad.The human amniotic epithelial cells（hAECs） are a type of cells with stem cell characteristics,and have the advantages of rich source,low immunogenicity,and no ethical issues compared to mesenchymal stem cells,Here is to make a review of the research progress of treatment of lung injury status and the function and mechanisms of hAECs lessening lung injury.
