| 摘 要： | 亚临床型甲状腺功能减退症对人类的潜在危害,包括对血脂代谢和心血管功能的影响,对神经、精神及其他方面的影响,已逐渐被认识。根据亚临床型甲状腺功能减退症的临床症状和体征及实验室结果诊断不难,但是否需要治疗仍存在争议。治疗目的是阻止病程进展为甲状腺功能减退症,改善症状。根据不同的年龄分层,治疗原则与目标各有不同,但在治疗的问题上引起了学术界的广泛争论。

| Abstract: | Subclinical hypothyroidism（SCH） has potential harm to humans,including lipid metabolism,cardiovascular function and nervous,mental and other impacts,which has gradually been recognized.It is not difficult to diagnose the disease according clinical symptoms,signs of SCH,and laboratmy results,while the need for treatment remains controversial.Therapeutic purpose is to prevent progression to hypothyroidism and improve symptoms.Depending on the different age stratifications,treatment principles and objectives are different,but the treatment of the problem has caused widespread debate in the academia. |
