甘精胰岛素联合口服药物治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合口服药物治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将2010年3月至2011年4月辽河油田总医院收治的120例2型糖尿病患者依据随机数字表法分为两组:治疗组(62例)采用甘精胰岛素联合口服药物治疗;对照组(58例)采用预混胰岛素治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及并发症情况。结果两组患者治疗前和治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组血糖达标时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者低血糖发生率显著低于对照组(19.4%vs 37.9%),胰岛素用量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合口服药物方案治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,低血糖发生率较低。

The Clinical Effects of Insulin Glargine Combined with Oral Drugs in the Treatment for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Insulin glargine combined with oral drugs in the treatment for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in Liaohe Oilfield General Hospital from Mar. 2010 to Apr. 2011 were divided into two groups randomly： treatment group （insulin glargine combined with oral drugs group, n = 62） and control group （premixed insu- lin group, n = 58）. The curative effects and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood-glucose levels of the patients before and after treatment, as well as the blood-glucose levels 2 hrs after dinner of the two groups has no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）, while the blood-glucose time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of hypoglycemia in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （19.4% vs 37.9% ）, and the insulin dosage in the treatment group was also less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effects of insulin glargine combined with oral drugs in the treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,with low incidence of hypoglycemia.
