灼口综合征300例临床分析

目的探讨综合治疗对灼口综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月至2013年1月南充市中心医院收治并确诊的灼口综合征患者300例,根据具体情况应用普通药物、局部封闭治疗及心理治疗等综合治疗方法,对患者的口腔症状、躯体化症状、心理量表等进行观察。结果药物治疗、局部封闭治疗及心理治疗两两联用较单一应用效果好(P<0.05),三种治疗方案联用的总有效率显著高于单独治疗方案(P<0.05),且显著高于两两联用治疗方案(P<0.05),三者联用则效果最佳,有效率达90.0%。结论灼口综合征病因错综复杂,临床中应根据具体情况给予药物治疗、心理治疗及局部封闭治疗的综合治疗措施,提高治愈率。

Clinical Analysis of 300 Cases of Burning Mouth Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the general treatment for the patients with burning mouth syndrome.Methods A total of 300 cases of patients with burning mouth syndrome admitted in Nanchong Central Hospital during Jan.2010 and Jan.2013 were collected as study objects.According to the specific conditions,the patients were treated with some general treatments,includinggeneric drugs,local closed treatment,and psychotherapy treatment.We observed and analyzed the patient＇s mouth symptoms,somatic symptoms,and psychological scale.Results U sing any two treatments among drug therapy,local closed treatment and psychological treatment had better effect than using the single treatment out of the three （P 〈 0.05）.Using all of the three treatments had higher total effective rate than using either single treatment （P 〈 0.05） or using two treatments（P 〈 0.05）.Therefore,using all of the three treatments had the best curative effect,the effective rate of which was 90.0%.Conclusion Due to the complex etiology of burning mouth syndrome,comprehensive treatments including drug therapy,local closed treatment and psychotherapy treatment should be given to the patients according to their specific conditions,so as to improve the cure rate.
