阿尔茨海默病的多模态影像学研究进展

摘    要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种以进行性的认知障碍、行为改变和记忆力减退为主要特征的神经变性疾病,AD的发病机制目前尚不明确,尸检结果揭示了AD的主要病理特征是淀粉样蛋白沉积、神经纤维缠结和老年斑的形成等。多模态影像技术可对AD的结构、功能及代谢情况进行评价,有利于对其早期诊断及病理生理学进行进一步的研究,多模态影像学在AD的诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用也越来越显著。

Research Advances in Multimodality Imaging of Alzheimer Disease

Abstract:Alzheimer disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease of the brain associated with irreversi- ble cognitive decline, behavioral changes, and memory impairment. The pathogenesis of AD is unknown, and autopsy results revealed that the main pathological features of AD is β-amyloid deposition, neumfibrillary tangles and senile plaques, etc. Multimodality imaging techniques can assess the structure, function and metabolism of AD, and it is beneficial to the further study of early diagnosis and patbophysiology of AD. Here is to make a review of the muhimodality imaging research advances in AD.
