| 摘 要： | 慢性胃炎是多种因素引起的胃黏膜慢性炎性病变,主要包括慢性非萎缩性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎。该文主要介绍目前主流的各种动物模型制作方法,主要包括生物造模法、化学损伤法和主动免疫法等,为慢性胃炎的实验研究提供参考,特别将慢性胃炎模型的检测指标进行了详细阐述,以期为实验研究人员选择不同模型提供依据。

| Abstract: | Chronic gastritis is a chronic inflammatory condition of the gastric mucosa induced by various factors. Chronic gastritis is divided into two major subtypes, including chronic non-atrophic gastritis（CNAG） and chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. This review describes the production methods of animal models to provide references for studies of chronic gastritis, including bio-analysis methods, chemical damage methods and active immune methods. In addition, we especially elaborate the detection index of chronic gastritis animal models to select the optimal model. |
