摘    要:侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤最主要的特点之一,也是大肠癌难以治愈和高致死率的最关键因素。随着抗肿瘤侵袭转移的研究越来越多,越来越深入,发现基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)9对细胞外基质(ECM)和基膜的降解破坏作用在肿瘤的浸润、转移中起到了关键性的作用。MMP-9的表达及活性又与细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导蛋白(CD147)密切相关。阐明两者与大肠癌侵袭性生长的关系,将为抑制肿瘤的侵袭和转移找到一条新的出路,进而提高对肿瘤的治愈率。

The Research Progress of MMP-9, CD147 and Colorectal Cancer Metastasis

Abstract:Invasion and metastasis is one of the major characteristics of malignant tumor, and the key reason thatcolorectal cancer is difficult to cure and has a high fatality rate. Along with the deepening and intensifying study of tumor invasion and metastasis,it's found that matrix metalloproteinases 9 (MMP-9) can break down and damage extracellular matrix and basement membrane, which plays a key role in tumor invasion and metastasis. And the expression and activation of MMP-9 are closely related to matrix metalloproteinases CD147. The clarification of the relation between the two factors and the invasive growth of colorectal cancer, may help to find a new way to restrain tumor invasion and metastasis, thus improve the cure rate of
